ICBC Acupuncture Coverage
AcuLife Wellness accepts eligible ICBC patients and offers direct billing for covered acupuncture services where applicable. Patients should confirm their current claim eligibility and coverage details before treatment when required.
Extended Health Insurance
Direct billing is currently available for eligible Sun Life plans. AcuLife Wellness plans to support most other major extended health insurance providers starting November 1, 2026. Registered acupuncture is included in many extended health benefit plans, though coverage varies depending on the patient's individual policy.
We encourage patients to check their acupuncture coverage, annual maximum, per-visit maximum, deductible, referral requirements, remaining benefits, and direct billing eligibility directly with their insurer.
